How do I place an order?

To place an order:
- Click on the product you are interested in to show more information about it.
- Select the option ‘Add to Cart’.
- You will now see your ‘Cart’ – from here you can see which products are already added, the quantities ordered as well as any additional products that are recommended with your items.
- If you have a discount code, this can be redeemed here by typing the code in the ‘Coupon code’ box. Clicking outside the box will update the total cost of your order.
- Next, you should choose a delivery method – for more information on delivery details, see Shipping below.
- Select either ‘Continue shopping’ (this returns you to the store – you can access your cart from the store at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page) or ‘Proceed to checkout’, where you will be asked for payment and delivery details.

Has my order been processed?

After you place an order, you will see a ‘Thank You’ screen. You will also receive an email confirming your order. If you have placed an order but haven’t seen either of these, please contact us.

Delivery

Has my order been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched from our London office.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you order before 4pm GMT on a weekday, we will ship your purchase that same day. Order over the weekend and we’ll send it on the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. EuroTalk offers free worldwide shipping with all orders made via our website.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard shipping is by Royal Mail First Class Post. It’s absolutely free to anywhere in the world.

Swift Air Shipping

These delivery times are estimates - unfortunately we can’t do anything about delays in the mail system, however if you haven’t received your order ten working days after you get your dispatch confirmation, let us know.

Orders can be cancelled by phone or email anytime before dispatch.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order ten working days after receiving your e-mail confirmation, please contact us quoting your order number.

Changing or returning your order

I need to change my order – how can I do this?

If you need to change your order, whether it be the quantity of item(s) ordered or the billing/shipping address, please contact us immediately and quote your order number with the necessary amendments.

Returns

Don’t worry if you decide our product isn’t for you. Just return with proof of purchase to the address below within 90 days - we’ll gladly give you a refund. You can still return a product after you’ve opened the pack and used the disc.

You will also need to enclose your contact details and a note of why you wish to return the item(s). This helps us improve our products.

Exchanges

If you find one of our products too simple or too challenging for you, we will happily exchange that product for a different one at a higher/lower level. If the product you want costs more than the original product, we will ask you to pay the extra, however, if it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Can I learn from my native language?

Do your products have instructions and help in other languages besides English?

Even though the default help language on our discs is English, our products contain help and instructions in over 100 additional languages.

You can change the help language when you first use the disc in the computer - there is a flag icon at the bottom of the screen labelled ‘Change Help Languages’. You will need to click on this to be taken to a list of languages, from which you can select the language you wish to learn from.

Which help languages can I choose from?

To check which help languages are available for each program, see the product description on this website. For example, to see which languages you can learn from in “Talk Now! French”, select ‘French’ from the language list, then on the next screen, select “Talk Now! French” to see the product description. Towards the bottom of this screen there is a link that says ‘Look at the List’ - when you click this link, you will see all of the help languages available for “Talk Now! French”.

Technical questions

Do I need to use a headset or microphone with the discs?

The majority of the material on our discs is orientated around speaking and listening exercises, so a headset with a built-in microphone would be ideal. Separate speakers and a stand-alone microphone will also work. If you need to purchase a headset, you can add this to your Cart at the Checkout page.

Will my discs work in my CD player?

All of our discs are designed to be used in a computer – they will not work in a CD player.

Will your products work with my system?

The latest versions of our products, available directly from our website, are compatible with the current operating systems for Windows and Apple Mac. This includes Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.5 and Mac OS X 10.6. For product compatibility for individual products, browse to their information pages.

How can I download the audio content onto my iPod?

This facility is only available on our Talk Now! range. When you first insert the disc, the ‘start screen’ will appear – a disc image will appear in the middle. To the right of this, you will see an icon labeled ‘Download to iPod’.

Click this to start the conversion of the audio content from Talk Now! to your iTunes program. During this process a separate playlist will be created in your Library. When the conversion has finished, you will then be able to connect your iPod and sync the content.

Can I download EuroTalk software from the Internet?

Talk Now, Talk More, Talk the Talk and Talk Business are also available as downloads and can be used on Windows and Apple Mac computers.
When you have submitted your order for a download program, you will be sent a unique serial number and two links to download it on either a PC or a Mac. Simply click the relevant link, enter your e-mail address and copy and paste the serial number to get started. The downloads are highly recommended for netbook users, as there is no need to run the program from a disc or USB drive.

Can I install the disc onto my hard drive?

Our products can currently only be run from the disc.
